According to information from some districts: Thanh Mien, Kim Thanh, Ninh Giang, Chi Linh City... after 2 weeks of official use, the reception and processing of administrative procedures for people using VNeID accounts has become more stable, the transmission and connection lines no longer have many problems. Network congestion occurs less often than in the first days of use.
However, some difficulties for citizens when handling administrative procedures using VNeID accounts still exist, such as citizens' personal accounts on the National Public Service Portal have not been activated; personal phone numbers are incorrect and cannot be logged in; citizens returning from abroad do not have an ID card or an identification account, etc.
According to the representative of the Provincial People's Committee Office and some localities, to overcome the above difficulties, the "one-stop" departments at district and commune levels, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center have increased guidance for people, and at the same time required civil servants at the "one-stop" departments to continue receiving and handling administrative procedures directly for citizens.
From July 1-12, the province received more than 28,000 administrative procedure files, of which nearly 27,000 files were resolved; the number of files resolved correctly and before the deadline accounted for 99.8%.
