Thanh Mien is the first locality in the province to apply this solution in assessing people's satisfaction with administrative reform.

Individuals and organizations participating in assessing people's satisfaction with the quality of administrative reform can use a mobile phone or tablet with internet connection, then open the camera application, point the camera at the QR code, and access the link to perform the assessment.

This is to overcome the limitations of the traditional paper-based survey and evaluation method. Organizations and individuals can frankly and objectively contribute their opinions, without avoidance or deference as when contributing opinions on paper.

From those assessments, Thanh Mien district will continue to implement solutions to improve the responsibility and attitude of cadres and civil servants to serve the people and organize better.

In 2023, Thanh Mien district ranked 12th out of 12 districts, towns and cities in the District-level Administrative Reform Index, down 6 places compared to 2022.
