For many people, work is a stressful activity. The American Psychological Association's 2023 U.S. Employment Survey also found that 77% of workers surveyed reported feeling stressed at work.

They also evaluate environmental protection measures and the efficient use of natural resources such as water, air, and renewable energy.

Most of the recruits have master's or doctoral degrees.

Operating packaging and filling machines

Andrew McCaskill, LinkedIn's career expert, advises that before applying to companies, workers need to clearly identify the level of stress of a job is subjective and can vary from person to person.

"To avoid incompatibility, before taking on any role, you should check out LinkedIn to find out, try contacting current employees at the company to ask about the office culture and work-life balance. If it's a good fit, apply; if not, look for another job," McCaskil says.
