The owner of the NVC barber shop confessed to filming a clip of himself wearing the People's Police uniform and posting it on Facebook to show off to his friends.

On July 10, Hanoi City Police said that Dong Da District Police filed a case against NVC (born in 1991, residing in My Duc, Hanoi) for illegally using the People's Police uniform.

Previously, through monitoring the situation in cyberspace, Hanoi City Police discovered a Facebook account posting a clip wearing a People's Police uniform, attracting a lot of attention.

Through verification, the man's name is NVC, currently the owner of a barber shop and does not work in the police force.

On July 3, 2022, the Dong Da District Police Security Team coordinated with O Cho Dua Ward Police to invite this person to headquarters to clarify the matter.

At the police station, NVC confessed to filming a clip using the People's Police uniform and posting it on Facebook to show off to his friends.

Dong Da District Police have filed a case to punish the above case for the act of illegally using the People's Public Security uniform according to the provisions of Article 20 of Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government stipulating sanctions for administrative violations in the fields of security, order, and social safety; prevention and control of social evils; fire prevention and fighting; rescue; prevention and control of domestic violence.
