That is Ms. Nguyen Thi Th. born in 1996, from Hao Khe village, Hung Long commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong).
At 8:00 a.m. on September 14, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and Red Cross Society of Hung Long Commune (Ninh Giang) visited and encouraged the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Th., born in 1996, who died in the mini apartment fire in Thanh Xuan District (Hanoi) that occurred on the night of September 12.
Speaking to Hai Duong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phat (Th.'s father) said that in the early morning of September 13, the family received news that the mini apartment building where his daughter lived in Hanoi was on fire. He was very worried and immediately went to Hanoi to look for his daughter. After receiving Th.'s body at Military Hospital 103, the family brought Th. home to prepare for the funeral at 11 p.m. the same day.
Ms. Th. is the second child in the family. She studied at Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted, then studied at Foreign Trade University, and is working at a foreign company in Hanoi. Ms. Th. lives on the 6th floor of a mini apartment building on Khuong Ha Street (Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi).
Representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and Red Cross Society of Hung Long commune encouraged and shared the pain and loss with the family. The Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Long commune donated 2 million VND, and the Red Cross Society of Hung Long commune donated 1 million VND to support the victim's family.
On the same afternoon, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Giang district, led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Van, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, visited and encouraged Ms. Nguyen Thi Th.'s family, and presented 5 million VND; the Ninh Giang District Women's Union presented 1 million VND to support the victim's family.
According to the investigation of Hai Duong Newspaper reporter, by early morning of September 14, Hai Duong had 2 victims died in the mini apartment fire in Hanoi.
The previous victim was Mr. LTS, born in 1997, in Tran Phu ward (Hai Duong city).
SUCCESS - PHAM TUYETThe Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong province has just requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the People's Committees at the commune level and related units to review subjects under their management, and provide information on cases of seriously injured people or families with deaths in the fire at a mini apartment building in Hanoi. At the same time, promptly support treatment costs for seriously injured people and support burial costs for people who died in the fire according to the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of Decree No. 20/2021/ND-CP dated March 15, 2021 of the Government stipulating social assistance policies for social protection beneficiaries and Resolution No. 03/2021/NQ-HDND dated June 30, 2021 of the People's Council of Hai Duong province promulgating regulations on social assistance standards, social assistance levels, beneficiaries and regimes for a number of social protection beneficiaries in the province.
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities monitor and promptly report to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on information about victims, medical facilities providing treatment, and the amount of funding provided.
