Over 98% of people and businesses surveyed are satisfied with Chi Linh's administrative agencies.

In 2023, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City selected administrative reform as one of two breakthrough tasks. According to the survey results, 98% of people and businesses surveyed were satisfied with the administrative agency.

The rate of receiving online and postal applications in Chi Linh reached 99.07%. The rate of processing applications on time and before the deadline reached 99.63%. The rate of digitizing all application components and processing results reached 99.25%.

100% of units do not require submission of paper household registration books when performing administrative procedures. 100% of units perform electronic authentication and implement financial obligations of taxes, fees, and charges using electronic receipts.

The City People's Committee has reviewed over 33,000 institutional documents, including nearly 600 resolutions and over 11,000 decisions; cut down 2 administrative procedures on culture and information; and cut down the components of 12 sets of administrative procedures on road traffic.

The above results were achieved thanks to Chi Linh City investing in modern and synchronous equipment to meet the requirements of receiving and handling online administrative procedures of the "one-stop" department at all levels.
