Hai Duong announces the Administrative Reform Index at the department, branch and district People's Committee levels in March 2024

Before January 10, 2024, report and enter the software on the results of self-assessment and scoring of departments, branches, sectors and district-level People's Committees. In January 2024, appraise the results of self-assessment and scoring of agencies and units. From January to February 2024, synthesize, process data and develop reports. In February 2024, hold a meeting of the Council to assess and determine the Reform Index of departments, branches, sectors and district-level People's Committees. Announce the Administrative Reform Index at the department level and district-level People's Committees in March 2024.

The plan also clearly states that from December 2023 to the end of February 2024, the District People's Committee will take the lead in determining the Key Reform Index of the Commune People's Committee. The time to announce the Commune Administrative Reform Index and report the results to the province (through the Department of Home Affairs) is before March 1, 2024.
