This is one of the notable information presented at the 2023 training conference to improve professional skills in handling administrative violations organized by the Department of Transport on the afternoon of November 30.

Nearly 100 delegates, including officials and civil servants from relevant departments, offices and units of the Department of Transport, officials and employees of regular maintenance units and road operation and exploitation units in the province, attended the training.

At the training session, the reporter from the Department of Justice disseminated legal regulations on handling administrative violations, experience and expertise in handling administrative violations in areas related to the transport industry.

From the beginning of 2022 to August 2023, the Department of Transport has handled 51 out of 68 cases of violations of regulations on traffic infrastructure, 2 cases are being urged to be handled; 2 cases are developing clearance plans; 13 remaining cases are being monitored for handling. The People's Committees of districts, cities and towns have handled 158 out of 625 cases of violations of regulations on traffic infrastructure.
