At the conference, delegates were informed and thoroughly grasped the contents of the province's new regulations on the management and protection of road traffic infrastructure in Hai Duong, some notable new points in Decision No. 14/2022/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on the management and protection of traffic infrastructure, effective from November 1, 2022, replacing Decision No. 03/2016/QD-UBND in 2016.
The new regulations on management and protection of road traffic infrastructure of the Provincial People's Committee include 3 chapters with 30 articles regulating the management and protection of road traffic infrastructure for authorized national highways, provincial roads, urban roads, district roads, commune roads, and routes assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage in the province. Accordingly, the new regulations update and specify the regulations of newly issued Central documents.
