The "Housekeeping Service" group in Gia Xuyen commune (Hai Duong city) was established in 2017. After 7 years of operation, there have been 22 members participating.
Thanks to its systematic, methodical and experienced activities, the “Housekeeping Service” group in Gia Xuyen commune (Hai Duong city) has a lot of work. The members of the group have built specific operating regulations, work with prestige, so they attract many members to participate and have an income of 4-5 million VND/month. In the months near Tet, many members of the group have an income of 8-10 million VND/month.
Currently, the group members are mainly women aged 40-60, who are no longer old enough to work in enterprises, and take advantage of the off-season to work as domestic helpers. Not only do they help families in Hai Duong City, the members can also work long-term in other provinces, such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh.
To improve the quality and reputation of the "Housekeeping Service" group, every 3 months, members meet to share and exchange work experiences and support each other in difficult times.
