Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh used his personal savings to support an Agent Orange victim to build a house and gave many gifts to Agent Orange victims in Tu Ky district.

Comrade Nguyen Van Khanh, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, on behalf of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of National Defense, President of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, presented a house of gratitude to Mr. Nguyen Van Chien, a victim of Agent Orange in difficult circumstances in Lam Dong village, Van To commune (Tu Ky).
The house is nearly 50 square meters wide, with a total construction cost of over 100 million VND. Of this, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh contributed 50 million VND from his personal savings, and the remaining amount was contributed by his family.

On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh also presented 30 gifts, each worth 1.2 million VND, to 30 Agent Orange victims in Tu Ky district.
