Luxury car brand Audi in Vietnam officially has a new importer

Pon Holdings officially takes over import, sales and after-sales activities for the Audi brand in the Vietnamese market, replacing CFAO Group from November 2023.

According to a press release issued this morning, November 24, Audi Vietnam officially announced its new strategic shareholder, the multinational corporation Pon Holdings (Netherlands). Accordingly, from November 2023, Pon Holdings will undertake import, sales and after-sales activities for the Audi brand in Vietnam.

Pon Holdings Group currently has more than 15,000 employees worldwide and operates famous brands with more than 110 businesses operating in the automotive, bicycle, heavy equipment, electrical systems and agricultural services industries. This unit is also a long-term partner of the Audi brand in particular and the Volkswagen Group (Germany) in general in the European and US markets. In the Vietnamese market, Pon Holdings previously participated in the Jaguar Land Rover importer and distributor, Phu Thai Mobility.

It is known that Pon Holdings will take on the role of importing, selling and after-sales of Audi cars in Vietnam starting from November 1, 2023, through Audi's official dealers including Audi Hanoi, Audi Ho Chi Minh City, Audi Tan Binh and Audi Da Nang.

With this change, the Audi brand is expected to have impressive development in the coming time in the Vietnamese market thanks to the experience and abundant resources from the new business partner.

Audi officially entered the Vietnamese automobile market in 2008. After 15 years, the company has expanded its showroom and service workshop system, bringing the total number of business locations to 5, stretching from Hanoi, Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. At the same time, the German brand has brought to Vietnam the Audi e-tron SUV, Audi e-tron GT and Audi RS e-tron GT electric vehicles to anticipate the general electrification trend as well as serve the demand for high-end electric cars of Vietnamese customers in particular.
