Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies to seriously implement the solutions and commitments stated at the question-and-answer session of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
The Prime Minister has just signed Document No. 1098/TTg-QHDP to Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Deputy Prime Ministers Tran Hong Ha, Le Thanh Long, Ho Duc Phoc, Bui Thanh Son; ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies; chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees on the implementation of the Resolution at the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
In order to seriously, promptly and effectively implement Resolution No. 173/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 on questioning activities at the 8th Session and Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 on the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested Deputy Prime Ministers in charge of the fields to directly direct the implementation of the contents, tasks and solutions in the above resolutions of the National Assembly, ensuring synchronization, comprehensiveness, quality, efficiency and on schedule.
The Prime Minister requests ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, according to their assigned functions, tasks and authorities, to directly direct the implementation of Resolution No. 173/2024/QH15 and Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly, closely monitor developments and forecast the domestic and international situation, have appropriate, practical, specific and feasible policy solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations and organize drastic implementation, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency; strengthen propaganda, dissemination and legal education to promptly implement laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly; report monthly and be responsible to the Government and the Prime Minister for implementation results.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of the province or centrally-run city shall develop an implementation plan and have appropriate policy solutions to effectively implement Resolution No. 173/2024/QH15 and Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly, striving to achieve the highest level of targets in the local socio-economic development plan.
The Prime Minister requested ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies to be responsible for seriously implementing the solutions and commitments stated at the question-and-answer session of the 8th Session; at the same time, develop and promulgate a plan to implement Resolution No. 173/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly on question-and-answer activities at the 8th Session, which clearly defines a specific roadmap, clearly defines the timeline and quantifies the targets and tasks to be performed; review and evaluate the implementation progress monthly, and report on the implementation of Resolution No. 173/2024/QH15 at the following sessions in accordance with the requirements of the National Assembly.
The Prime Minister assigned the Government Office, according to its assigned functions and tasks, to proactively grasp the situation and urge relevant ministries, agencies and localities to implement the National Assembly's resolutions to advise and report to the Government leaders for timely direction.
