On his Telegram page, Mr. Klitschko stated: "Emergency rescue forces have been dispatched to the scene."
Witnesses heard a series of explosions in areas where anti-aircraft units appeared to be operating.
Earlier, on October 27, Russian Telegram channels reported that Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) targeted a winery in Russia's Voronezh province.
The attack caused a fire at an unspecified industrial facility and injured one person, Voronezh region governor Alexander Gusev said.
According to Mr. Gusev, about 10 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed or intercepted in this area on the night of October 27. The debris fell on an industrial enterprise and caused a fire.
