Mo Trach village, Tan Hong commune (Binh Giang), the village with the most feudal doctors in the country, is one of the few typical smart villages of Hai Duong.

The whole village has about 900 households with 3,200 people. 91.7% of the total households in the village have installed broadband internet.The village has 3 free wifi points to serve the needs of the people. The rate of people in the village using smartphones with 4G/5G connection is 97%. Up to 60% of families in the village have installed security surveillance cameras with a total of 180 cameras.The village has invested in a security camera system in public areas (village cultural house, communal house relics, pagodas, Mo Trach communal house relics), and main roads. This system is integrated with the commune system. In the photo: The village's office and guard house is equipped with a large screen to monitor all main locations of the village.The village invested in installing a smart broadcasting system applying information and telecommunications technology, ensuring that all villagers have access to general information about the village and commune.All programs and activities of the village and commune are announced by the head, deputy head, and organizations in Mo Trach village via the general Zalo group so that people can keep up to date.The commune's youth union guides people to activate electronic identification.Many stores in Mo Trach village apply QR code scanning, convenient for local people to pay without cash.Not only convenient in daily life, villagers also apply advanced and modern technology in agricultural production to help reduce labor days.
