Loving to party, Dang Cong Quy (born in 2002, in Thai Duong commune, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong) bought drugs to sell for profit.
On January 11, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Giang District Police (Hai Duong) announced that it had just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and issued a 3-month detention order against Dang Cong Quy for the crime of illegal drug trafficking under the provisions of Clause 1, Article 251 of the Penal Code.
Previously, on the afternoon of January 4, at Minh Chau Cafe next to Binh De Pagoda, Binh Xuyen Commune, Binh Giang District Police inspected and discovered Dang Cong Quy (born in 2002, in Thai Duong Commune, Binh Giang District) hiding a plastic bag containing a white crystalline solid (the test result was methamphetamine, weighing 0.206 g). Quy confessed that the above drugs were hidden to sell for profit. Quy did not have a stable job, was lazy but liked to party, so he came up with the idea of buying drugs and then selling them to others for profit.
The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Giang District Police continues to investigate and clarify the case for handling according to the provisions of law.
