Five more communes in Kim Thanh are proposed to be recognized as meeting advanced and model new rural standards.

The communes proposed by Kim Thanh district to Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee to consider and recognize as advanced new rural areas in 2023 are Kim Xuyen, Ngu Phuc, Kim Tan; Lai Vu and Co Dung communes are proposed to be recognized as model new rural areas.

Kim Thanh district has organized a vote to propose the province to consider and recognize the communes meeting the advanced new rural standards in 2023 for 3 communes: Kim Xuyen, Ngu Phuc, Kim Tan; and 2 communes: Lai Vu and Co Dung.

As a result, all 5 communes proposed for consideration and recognition met all the prescribed criteria. Basically, the communes had no outstanding construction debts, and some communes with outstanding debts had payment plans in the second quarter of 2024. The rate of people satisfied with the results of building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas was high. The communes met the requirements on security and order according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security...

Kim Thanh district currently has 10 out of 17 communes including Lai Vu, Kim Dinh, Co Dung, Kim Anh, Kim Lien, Dong Cam, Cong Hoa, Binh Dan, Tam Ky and Dai Duc recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting advanced new rural standards. Kim Anh commune is recognized as meeting model new rural standards.
