Thanh Ha district is actively promoting consensus and solidarity among people whose land is being recovered to effectively implement the project, contributing to local economic development.
Road 390 through Thanh Cuong commune has seriously degraded.
To serve the project of renovating and upgrading provincial road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge to Quang Thanh bridge, Thanh Ha district will reclaim more than 61,000 m2 of land from 277 organizations, families, individuals and public land managed by the People's Committees of Thanh Thuy, Thanh Quang, and Thanh Cuong communes.
The District Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council is actively coordinating with localities to organize meetings with families and individuals whose land is recovered to collect opinions on compensation and support plans. Focus on taking inventory of assets, trees, crops and other assets attached to the land to develop compensation, support and resettlement plans. In case land users in the area where land is recovered do not cooperate with the District Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council in investigating, surveying, measuring and counting, compulsory counting will be carried out according to the order and procedures prescribed by law.
It is expected that by February 2024, Thanh Ha district will complete the land acquisition work and hand it over to the investor, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge to Quang Thanh bridge has a total length of more than 5 km (including Hop Thanh bridge, about 374 m long). The starting point of the project is at km30+097 of provincial road 390 in Thanh Thuy commune, the end point is at km35+181.37 of provincial road 390 in Thanh Cuong commune.
