According to the report on the software system monitoring the progress of the province's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, by March 11, Hai Duong had started construction on 1,453 houses in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, reaching 100% of the plan according to the set schedule.
Of these, 260 houses have been completed. Previously, the Provincial People's Committee approved support for the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for a total of 1,638 households. However, 185 households requested to withdraw and not build.
Previously, at the meeting to review the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province on March 6, comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that localities with slow progress seriously learn from experience; assign district-level leaders to directly inspect and urge to speed up the construction progress, support households in a timely manner according to regulations; ensure that all families start construction before March 11 and basically complete it before June 25.
According to the request of the Provincial Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, localities update the progress and results of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses every Friday.
