For repeatedly violating alcohol concentration, driving in the wrong direction, not having a driver's license and not carrying vehicle registration, Mr. PDH in Hai Duong City was fined 53.8 million VND.
Mr. PDH in Thanh Binh ward (Hai Duong city) has just been administratively fined 53.8 million VND for 4 violations in the field of road traffic.
At 8:32 p.m. on May 6, at the alcohol concentration checkpoint on Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Mr. PDH was discovered by the Hai Duong City Police and a record was drawn up for driving a car in the wrong direction on a road with a "No Entry" sign; driving on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath; not having a driver's license; not carrying the vehicle registration. Notably, in October 2023, Mr. PDH was administratively fined by the Hai Duong City Police for violating alcohol concentration.
For the repeated violation of alcohol concentration, Mr. PDH was fined 37.5 million VND; 5 million VND for driving in the wrong direction; 11 million VND for not having a driver's license and 300,000 VND for the remaining violations.
Along with the fine, Mr. PDH's B2 driver's license was also revoked for 24 months from the date Mr. H. presented his driver's license.
Mr. TVV in Hoang Tan Ward (Chi Linh City) was also fined 46.6 million VND for driving a car on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath; not having a driver's license; not carrying the vehicle registration and not carrying the certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection.
