At around 10:00 a.m. on January 3, an oil tanker exploded on the Boi River in Lien Minh Village, Xich Tho Commune, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh Province. At the time of the incident, 5 people were cleaning and maintaining the tanker when it suddenly exploded and caught fire. The workers managed to escape, but 3 people were burned and received first aid at the Xich Tho Commune Medical Station. By 10:30 a.m. the same day, the fire was under control. There are currently no specific statistics on property damage.
