On the afternoon of March 27, information from Tan Thanh Border Guard Station (Lang Son Province) said that the unit had just arrested 3 foreigners who were illegally entering Vietnam. Accordingly, at around 11:30 p.m. on March 26, the patrol and control force of Tan Thanh Border Guard Station was on duty at Barrier No. 2 (specialized import-export road) in Na Tong village, Tan Thanh commune (Van Lang district) and discovered 3 men with suspicious signs going from the border into Vietnam. Through investigation, the 3 men stated their names as Hoang Lieu (born in 1991, residing in Guangxi province), Lieu Huc Quang (born in 2003, residing in Zhejiang province), and Su Bang Binh (born in 2000, residing in Gansu province), all of whom were Chinese nationals.
