Anniversary of the first issue of Hai Duong newspaper, December 1, 1961:
(1) In the 70s (20th century), Hai Duong Newspaper lived in the Provincial Party Committee area and ate in the collective cafeteria.
(2) During the subsidy period, consumer goods were distributed to agencies and shared among themselves, needles and threads...
(3) New editorial office headquarters, inaugurated in early 2008.
