The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a document directing specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, the Management Board of Industrial Parks, and Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities on organizing the implementation of administrative reform tasks.

The Provincial People's Committee also requires strict implementation of sending, receiving electronic documents and processing of work records in the electronic environment; 100% synchronization of record status and results of administrative procedure settlement on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System with the National Public Service Portal. Review, evaluate, and restructure the process for online public services that are being integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal, ensuring the principle of taking users as the center; at the same time, prioritize the construction, integration, and provision of groups of interconnected online public services provided at the full-process level to meet the requirements of people, businesses and the goals and requirements of the Government and the Prime Minister...

By March 15, all agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee and District People's Committees had developed plans for state administrative reform in 2024; plans for applying information technology and digital transformation in the operations of state administrative agencies.
