The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to announce the list of standardized administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Department of Planning and Investment.
Accordingly, 7 administrative procedures (AP) were abolished, including 3 procedures in the field of establishment and operation of social enterprises: Notification of changes in the content of receiving aid and sponsorship; procedures for providing information, copies of social impact assessment reports and documents on receiving aid and sponsorship; notification of receiving aid and sponsorship. 4 procedures in the field of investment under the public-private partnership method and bidding include: list of investment projects using land proposed by investors; appraisal of pre-feasibility study reports, decision on investment policy of projects proposed by investors; appraisal and approval of feasibility study reports of projects proposed by investors; appraisal and approval of adjusted feasibility study reports of projects proposed by investors.
The announced standardized administrative procedures remain unchanged, including 101 provincial-level administrative procedures, 18 district-level administrative procedures; 6 revised administrative procedures in the field of establishment and operation of cooperative unions. The list of announced standardized administrative procedures includes: 14 administrative procedures (including 11 provincial-level administrative procedures, 3 commune-level administrative procedures).
