Hai Duong Department of Science and Technology has put into use the virtual assistant platform on the province's administrative procedure settlement information system since the beginning of this year.
The virtual assistant is based on an artificial intelligence (AI) platform, developed by the Department of Science and Technology. When people who need to handle administrative procedures log in to the Provincial Online Public Service System, the virtual assistant will appear to chat and support people in need; analyze the needs of users, thereby orienting which administrative procedures people need to perform. After determining the correct administrative procedures to perform, continue to support users in the steps of submitting online applications with the information provided by users.
The virtual assistant platform aims to provide a comprehensive solution to help people easily access online public services, marking an important breakthrough in the application of information technology in administrative reform, contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of online public services.
Currently, the rate of administrative procedure records processed online in the province is over 95%, the rate of digitized records is over 99%, and the digitization of settlement results is 96%.
