On October 28, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the report of the Supervisory Delegation and the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the results of the thematic supervision of "the implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023".
Many delegates highly appreciated the Government's determination since the beginning of the term, organizing many conferences and working directly with businesses to remove difficulties and promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market.
Many delegates expressed concern about the unusually high increase in real estate prices. They also offered short-term and long-term suggestions for managing the real estate market in the coming time.
The National Assembly also listened to the drafting and reviewing agencies report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army and discussed this draft law in groups.
