The National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Public Investment and the revised Law on Planning.

Today, delegates will discuss in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, the Law on Investment, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model and the Law on Bidding.
Proposing the Prime Minister to decide on investment policies for public projects under 30,000 billion VND

According to the Government's proposal, the Prime Minister will decide on investment policies for projects from 10,000 billion to less than 30,000 billion VND.

The National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Public Investment and the revised Law on Value Added Tax.
