Previously, through monitoring and grasping information on business activities on social networking platforms and implementing professional measures, Market Management Team No. 5, Hai Duong Provincial Market Management Department coordinated with Team 3, Department of Police Investigation of Crimes on Corruption, Economy, Smuggling, and Environment (Hai Duong Provincial Police) to conduct surprise inspections of 2 households trading in cosmetics and beauty products.

During a surprise inspection of a business owned by Mr. Vu Van Thuy (born in 1992, in Ha Phuong urban area, Thanh Mien town), the authorities discovered 2,304 tubes of SVMI brand foundation and 11,000 eyelash curlers of unknown origin with a total value of more than 45 million VND. This household advertised the products on its personal Facebock page "Thuy Huong (Guangzhou wholesale warehouse)"; personal Zalo account named "Thuy Huong"; Tiktok shop "Shop Thuy Huong".

For the above violation, business household Vu Van Thuy was administratively fined 25.5 million VND, forced to destroy all cosmetics of unknown origin and confiscated violating products.

A surprise inspection of the business owned by Mr. Tran Trong Phong in Binh Han Ward (Hai Duong City) discovered 164 tubes of hand cream; 95 bottles of INTIMATE brand feminine hygiene solution; 63 bottles of Vaseline body lotion, 425ml, of unknown origin, with a total value of 21.47 million VND.

Mr. Tran Trong Phong's business advertised cosmetic products on his personal page named "Phong Thin" and his personal Zalo account named "MP Phong Thin Wholesale and Retail".

Mr. Phong's household was fined 17 million VND and forced to destroy all infringing goods.
