On the afternoon of September 14, all 170 households in Trai Hao village, Hung Long commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong) returned home after 2 days of evacuation to prevent floods. This is the village with the most people evacuated to prevent floods in the district. Local authorities are supporting people to stabilize their lives soon.

During the two days when the Luoc River was above alert level II, the people of Trai Hao village were taken to families living inside the dike to temporarily stay. All households in the village built high houses, so no one was deeply flooded in their houses, and there was no major property damage.
