The 6 key tasks in the emulation movement of Ninh Giang district in 2024 include: Emulating to achieve the highest achievements, practically celebrating the country's major holidays and events, associated with continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the spirit of Directive 05 of the Politburo. Emulating to develop the economy quickly and sustainably, in the direction of green growth and effectively applying scientific and technological advances. Emulating good and creative workers, mobilizing maximum investment resources to upgrade and develop a synchronous and modern infrastructure system; practicing thrift and fighting waste. In which, priority is given to developing key traffic works and urban development. Continuing to effectively implement the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", especially building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas.

In 2023, emulation movements were deployed by Ninh Giang district with many diverse forms focusing on the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks. The district completed and exceeded 16/16 main socio-economic targets, improving and enhancing people's lives.
On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuong, Vice Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee, was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister for his outstanding achievements in work from 2018-2022. The Chairman of the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 6 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements, contributing to the socio-economic development of Ninh Giang district in 2023; 3 individuals were awarded certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in propaganda work, including reporter Vu Van Dat, Hai Duong Newspaper.
