Which new subjects are entitled to 100% of medical examination and treatment costs under health insurance under Decree 75?

Decree 75/2023/ND-CP amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree 146/2018/ND-CP, stipulating 2 more subjects entitled to 100% and 3 subjects entitled to 95% of health insurance examination and treatment costs.
