From October 15, 2021, Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Government stipulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption, reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training takes effect.

In addition, the level of support for study costs in Clause 10, Article 20 of Decree 81 also increased by VND 50,000/month compared to the previous regulation (from October 15, 2021, the level of support for study costs is VND 150,000/student/month).

This Decree also specifically stipulates the roadmap for increasing tuition fees at all levels of education from preschool, high school, and university.
