As the copyright holder of the contest, Ms. Pham Kim Dung (Chairman of Sen Vang Company) sent the 2nd runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2022, Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang, to participate in this contest. After Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc won the crown of Miss Intercontinental 2022, beauty fans are looking forward to Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang's successor in this beauty pageant. Miss Intercontinental 2023 will be held in December in Egypt.

Runner-up Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang was born in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City. She has "huge" sports achievements and outstanding academic performance at the age of 20. Currently, she is studying International Business at Western Sydney University and is extremely fluent in English. She has had an IELTS certificate of 6.0 since high school.
