MU prepares to announce Ten Hag's dismissal

Sir Jim Ratcliffe's Ineos team are conducting a review of United's season, before making a decision on the future of coach Ten Hag.

The Dutch coach's contract expires in June 2025. However, there are many signs that Ten Hag will be fired.

In recent days, the new Board of Directors at Old Trafford has contacted a series of replacement candidates, including Mauricio Pochettino, Graham Potter, Thomas Tuchel and Gareth Southgate.

Coach Ten Hag himself is increasingly tired of the delay in making decisions by the new MU owner, when he and his students lifted the FA Cup championship 2 weeks ago.

It was Ten Hag's second title in two seasons leading the Red Devils of Manchester.

However, United's eighth-place finish in the Premier League and early exit from the Champions League led Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos to believe change was needed.

Ten Hag should have been sacked by MU management after the FA Cup final. However, the emotional victory over Man City brought a new wave of support for the Dutch coach from the Red Devils fan community.

This forced Sir Jim Ratcliffe's team, including Sir David Brailsford and Jason Wilcox, to spend more time re-evaluating, as well as cooling the excitement of the Red Devils fans.
