Implementing the program "Warm comradeship, joining hands to nurture green shoots" launched by the Military Command of Hai Duong province, on the occasion of the new school year 2023 - 2024, the Military Commands of districts, towns and cities presented 19 bicycles, 2 desks, 15 gifts to poor students who have overcome difficulties in the province, with a total value of over 30 million VND.
The Military Command of Tu Ky and Nam Sach districts continues to sponsor 3 primary school students, each student receives support of 500,000 - 600,000 VND/month. The implementation costs are drawn from the units' contributions and savings fund "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and socialized sources.
The program "Warm comradeship, joining hands to nurture green shoots" was launched by the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command in 2018. Up to now, units in the province's armed forces have donated more than 80 bicycles, 60 school bags, over 95 gifts to poor but excellent students, and sponsored 6 primary school students... with a total value of more than 300 million VND.
