Reporting on the organization of the Congress, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association Nguyen Minh Triet said: The Congress has 420 official delegates, including 255 male delegates and 165 female delegates, of which the youngest delegate is only 16 years old. The 420 faces attending the Congress represent many different fields, but share the passion, enthusiasm, and creativity of youth; always taking Uncle Ho's teachings as a guideline for all actions; not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of hardships, determined to conquer all peaks in all fields, in career, in life.

Among them, there are delegates who own many exclusive patents domestically and internationally; there are disabled delegates who have overcome their fate, made persistent efforts to become athletes who have won many gold medals at the national and international levels; there are young women who have won the title of Miss World Peace, spreading the image of Vietnam and good things about peace across five continents; many young people are typical young Vietnamese faces in various fields...

Praising the burning aspiration, pioneering spirit and endless creativity of all delegates attending the Congress on this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang highly appreciated the work of organizing the Congress by the Central Youth Union; at the same time, he acknowledged that the Central Youth Union had many initiatives and diverse and rich activities, bearing the characteristics of Vietnamese youth, actively contributing to the cause of building, developing the country and defending the Fatherland.

The Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics expressed his joy at the achievements and contributions of the young generation in recent times, saying that the youth of the whole country is one of the pioneering forces in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The contents of studying and following Uncle Ho have been concretized by many union members and young people into training criteria for union officials and members; there have been many innovations and creativity in implementation, especially through digital platforms.

Reviewing the invaluable legacies that President Ho Chi Minh left to the nation and the youth of the country, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang affirmed that the revolutionary action movements implemented by the Youth Union have created an environment and conditions for young people to strive, practice and implement the contents of registration to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; contributing to self-improvement, promoting their pioneering, voluntary and creative role in building and defending the Fatherland. The outstanding achievements of the delegates attending this Congress are the nucleus that spreads good values ​​in society, creating motivation for millions of other young people to strive in studying, working, practicing and living, dedicating their youth to their homeland and country.

The Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics suggested that in the coming time, the Youth Union should continue to research, explore, and constantly innovate implementation methods in a rich, diverse, practical, and effective manner, suitable to the practical requirements and style of the youth in order to continue promoting the results achieved in promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.
