Vietnam is the most important gathering place on the entire route, with more than 100 supercars from around the world arriving in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the Organizing Committee, the fundraising program will be held exclusively for Gumball members in the grounds of the Reunification Hall (Independence Palace). At the same time, the program will also conduct a fundraising campaign (for Gumball 3000 members and those interested in the journey worldwide) to support Vietnam in its relief efforts and overcoming the consequences of storms and floods.
Gumball 3000 - Saigon to Singapore is an international series of activities, planned by Gumball 3000 more than a year ago with a tight itinerary, spanning many countries, of which Ho Chi Minh City is the starting point. This is a long-distance journey, not a race. Therefore, all Gumball 3000 cars always comply with the speed limit throughout the route.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary (1999 - 2024), the Gumball 3000 - Saigon to Singapore journey brings a supercar exhibition for 2 days, September 14 and 15, on the central street of Le Loi (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Accordingly, there are more than 100 supercars, many of which are rare and unique in the world, symbols of technology, design and culture.
The owners of the participating cars are prominent and influential names from more than 40 countries - from music stars, famous artists, royals, sports stars, gamers, YouTubers, businessmen and many influential people such as Maximillion Cooper (founder of the British Gumball 3000 event), supercar YouTuber James Walker...
In addition, many familiar names to the Vietnamese public such as Manchester United and French football legend Patrice Evra will appear with the super luxury Rolls Royce Cullinan. At 11am on September 15, the Gumball 3000 - Saigon to Singapore journey will officially begin after the flag-raising ceremony, entering the first leg from Le Loi Boulevard to explore the famous Cu Chi tunnels. On the same day, the group will move to Phnom Penh (Cambodia) and continue the following routes to Angkor Wat (Cambodia) - Bangkok, Krabi (Thailand) - Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and end the journey in Singapore on September 21, 2024, following the global event F1 Singapore Grand Prix 2024 held at that time (September 20 - 22, 2024).
