Responding to the Digital Transformation Day of Hai Duong province in 2024, Kim Thanh district strives for 100% of union members in communes and towns to have online payment accounts; 100% of union members to have electronic identification accounts installed at level 2; 100% of community digital technology teams in villages and residential areas have Youth Union officers as members. All village and residential area Youth Unions organize direct guidance for people on using digital services and digital payments, reaching 100% by December 2024. All union bases simultaneously launch a voluntary Saturday to support the settlement of administrative procedures for people.
Kim Thanh district also strives to complete the digitalization of historical and cultural relics in the district before April 14; create QR codes and install QR code scanning boards at relics, to be completed before June 15....
After the launching ceremony, nearly 100 youth union members in the district participated in mobile propaganda on main roads in the district and communes; went to the People's Committee offices of communes and towns to guide and support people in handling administrative procedures...
Currently, the rate of incoming and outgoing documents managed on the Document and Work File Management System in Kim Thanh district has reached 100%.
