The provincial Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that around December 12, a cold spell will continue to affect the Hai Duong area, with cold weather and average temperatures ranging from 16-19 degrees Celsius.
On December 8, the coldest air mass since the beginning of the season is still affecting Hai Duong with temperatures ranging from 17-23 degrees Celsius, cloudy skies, and light rain in some places.
From December 9-11, the cold air will have stable intensity after weakening, the weather in the province will be cloudy, no rain at night, less cloudy in the afternoon and sunny, northeast wind level 2-3, cold at night and morning, daytime temperature ranges from 18-25 degrees Celsius.
Around December 12, the cold air is likely to strengthen again. Hai Duong province will have light rain, scattered rain in some places, the weather will turn cold, the temperature will fluctuate from 18-22 degrees Celsius.
From December 13 to 17, the cold air is stable, so the weather in the province is no rain at night, sunny during the day, cold with temperatures ranging from 16 to 19 degrees Celsius.
