Northern weather is cold at night and in the morning

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the night of November 22 to November 24, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will have rain in some places, except for sunny afternoons on November 23. The night and early morning will be cold.
The area from Quang Tri to Phu Yen has moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Khanh Hoa provinces will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. From the night of November 25, there will be rain, showers, and locally heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; the Central Highlands region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms on the night of November 22 and the day of November 23. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that from the night of November 24 to December 2, the North and North Central regions will have rain in some places, especially from November 25 to the morning of November 26, there will be scattered rain. The night of November 26-28 will turn cold; from November 29, the night and morning will be cold.
The area from Quang Binh to Binh Dinh has rain, showers, locally heavy rain to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Other areas have scattered showers and thunderstorms; thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
