Based on the assessment and synthesis from the units, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province proposed 3 contents to develop the emulation movement.
On the afternoon of December 12, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province summarized the emulation and reward work in 2024 and deployed tasks for 2025.
In 2024, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations focused on completing 6 goals for developing activities and movements of the bloc.
Through synthesizing the reflections and proposals from 10 units in the bloc, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province proposed 3 contents to develop the emulation and reward movement. The Emulation Bloc proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct relevant agencies and units to create favorable conditions to support funding and facilities for the associations' activities. The Department of Home Affairs should promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement Decree 126/2024/ND-CP dated October 8, 2024 of the Government regulating the organization, operation and management of associations. In particular, attention should be paid to policies for people working in associations. All levels and sectors continue to pay attention and organize training courses on emulation and reward work for localities and units to gradually improve the expertise and professionalism of the staff working in emulation and reward.
In 2025, the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province set out 6 tasks to promote the emulation and reward movement in the bloc. That is to continue to promote propaganda, dissemination, and raise awareness of officials and members about the Law on Emulation and Reward.
Implement well the directive documents on emulation and commendation work of the Central, local and superior agencies. Effectively carry out the tasks of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning tasks to units in the bloc. Evaluate, inspect, learn from experience, promote propaganda and commend typical examples.
Maintain and implement information and reporting regimes in accordance with operating regulations. Enhance the application of information technology and digital transformation in units within the bloc.
10 units in the Emulation Bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations unanimously proposed that the Prime Minister award the emulation flag to the Provincial Journalists Association, the Provincial People's Committee award the emulation flag to the Provincial Blind Association and award a certificate of merit to the Provincial Oriental Medicine Association.
In 2025, the role of Head of the Emulation Block of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province was given to the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education.
The emulation bloc of social organizations and socio-professional organizations of Hai Duong province includes 10 units: Union of Friendship Organizations, Journalists Association, Lawyers Association, Oriental Medicine Association, Learning Promotion Association, Elderly Association, Blind Association, Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Children, Association of Former Youth Volunteers, Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.
