The Internal Affairs emulation bloc of Hai Duong province proactively grasps the situation and area right from the grassroots level.

The Internal Affairs Bloc includes the following units: Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Department of Justice and Provincial Inspectorate. In 2024, the Provincial Police is the Head of the Emulation Bloc.

In carrying out the emulation work in 2024, the units in the bloc focused on launching and promoting patriotic emulation movements right from the beginning of the year with practical and specific actions according to the functions and tasks of each sector, striving to achieve and exceed the annual work targets. The emulation sectors actively advised the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to well perform the functions and tasks of leadership and direction in assigned areas such as effectively implementing the work of national defense, building a strong provincial armed force, ready to fight, building a national defense posture associated with the people's security posture.

The Bloc will also proactively grasp the situation and areas right from the grassroots, especially in key and focal areas, to avoid sudden and unexpected incidents, and effectively combat all types of crimes to effectively serve the socio-economic development of the province. Strengthen the responsibility of prosecution, closely supervise judicial activities to ensure compliance with regulations, prevent wrongful convictions and criminals from escaping. Strengthen guidance, inspection, and organization of implementation of legal documents in accordance with regulations, contributing to improving the quality of civil judgment enforcement. Create strong changes in the quality of handling and adjudicating all types of cases, prevent wrongful convictions of innocent people or criminals from escaping, and improve the quality of litigation in trials. Strengthen inspection and examination work in all fields. Effectively implement the Law on Anti-Corruption; work on building and enforcing laws, monitoring laws, inspecting and handling legal documents, legislation, and legal education.

On the same morning, the Provincial Police hosted and opened the 2024 Internal Affairs Sports Tournament. The tournament had 150 athletes competing in table tennis, badminton, and tug-of-war tennis. The matches were exciting.
