Pay attention to agricultural production, carry out crop restructuring towards expanding the area of ​​crops with high economic value; promote measures to increase budget revenue.

Improve the quality of cultural, artistic, sports and information and communication activities; effectively implement social security policies, pay attention to policy beneficiaries, meritorious people and the poor.

Strictly implement the Law on Citizen Reception; do a good job of handling citizens' complaints and denunciations. Promote and improve the quality of administrative reform.

Strengthen and improve the quality of activities of the Emulation and Reward Councils at all levels. Train and foster cadres and civil servants working in emulation and reward with qualities, working capacity and sense of responsibility to meet the requirements of the task.
