On the morning of September 8, people in all localities in Hai Duong province urgently started cleaning up fallen trees and clearing traffic routes.

According to the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue, due to the impact of storm No. 3, many roads had fallen trees and roofs blown off houses along the road, causing traffic jams.

On the afternoon of September 7, the Department of Transport agreed with localities to temporarily ban some routes to ensure safety, such as: Provincial Road 390 from Hai Duong City to Thanh Ha Town; National Highway 17B Kim Thanh District; Chi Linh City bypass; National Highway 37 from National Highway 18 to Con Son (Chi Linh); Roads 391, 392 Tu Ky District and 390B Thanh Ha...
