The Party Committee of the Government Block was chosen by the Thanh Ha District Party Committee (Hai Duong) to organize a model congress instead of the District Police Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee has issued a resolution to select the Government Party Committee as one of two units to host the grassroots party congress for the 2025-2030 term of administrative agencies, public service units, and enterprises instead of the District Police Party Committee.
Thanh Ha District Party Committee assigned the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Party building committees and the District Party Committee Office to guide, inspect and urge the Party Committee of the Government Bloc to properly implement the congress procedures and prepare conditions to serve the congress before March 25, 2025.
From 2021 to 2023, the Thanh Ha District Government Party Committee was continuously awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Party Committee for its excellent performance. In 2024, the Party Committee successfully completed its tasks.
Previously, the Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee agreed to select Thanh Lang Commune Party Committee to organize a model congress at the grassroots level (commune and town blocks) for the 2025-2030 term in early March 2025 and selected the District Police Party Committee to organize a model congress of administrative agencies, public service units, and enterprises at the end of March. However, the District Police are currently in the process of restructuring their apparatus.
