More than 7 hectares of land in Phuc B village, Cam Phuc commune (Cam Giang, Hai Duong) are currently assigned to An Thanh Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to carry out the investment project. The land has been abandoned and wasted for 20 years.

According to the investigation of Hai Duong Newspaper reporter, before 2005, the land of more than 7 hectares in Phuc B village, Cam Phuc commune (Cam Giang) was assigned to Quyen Phuc Company Limited.

However, this land has been transferred many times, and currently the owner is An Thanh Trading and Service Joint Stock Company. According to the tax code of the enterprise, An Thanh Trading and Service Joint Stock Company is located in Ky Son ward, Hoa Binh city (Hoa Binh province).
