Of the total 13,191 qualified records for review by the Council for Promotion of Professional Titles for Public Preschool and General Education Teachers in Hai Duong Province in 2024, 10,001 records passed.
On the afternoon of July 1, the Council for considering the promotion of professional titles for public preschool and general education teachers in 2024 in Hai Duong province announced the results of considering the promotion of professional titles for public preschool and general education teachers in 2024.
Accordingly, the province has 13,394 qualified applications for the Promotion Council to review. Of these, 203 applications were rejected (1 person was disciplined, 202 people were not on the approved list issued under Decision 1153/QD-UBND dated May 16, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee). The number of applications considered for promotion is 13,191.
The results after the assessment showed that 10,001 records passed and 3,190 records failed. Of which, 821 teachers failed to pass from Grade II to Grade I; 2,369 teachers failed to pass from Grade III to Grade II.
From now until July 10, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the District People's Committees will publicly post the results of the appraisal and scoring of the application files for promotion of professional titles of public preschool and primary school teachers in 2024 on the electronic information portal of the province and of the units.
Feedback from teachers who are considered for promotion on the results of assessment and scoring must be sent to the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the District People's Committee before July 11.
Previously, from May 26-29, the Council for considering the promotion of professional titles of public preschool and primary school teachers in 2024 in Hai Duong province organized the appraisal of the dossiers submitted by the units. The whole province had 17,000 dossiers requesting promotion consideration sent by the units.
According to the plan to promote the professional titles of preschool and public primary school teachers in the province in 2024, this promotion round has 11,294 positions in the whole province. Level I has 2,714 people (both managers and teachers); Level II has 8,580 people (both managers and teachers).
