Hai Duong Province Veteran Entrepreneurs Association creates regular jobs for nearly 20,000 workers

The total revenue in 2023 of member enterprises of the Hai Duong Provincial Veteran Entrepreneurs Association will reach over 6,500 billion VND; creating regular jobs for nearly 20,000 workers with an average income of over 10 million VND/person/month.

These are the figures reported by the Provincial Veterans Business Association at the conference to deploy tasks for 2024 on the morning of January 19.

To date, the association has 2 enterprises with annual revenue of over 1,000 billion VND; 15 enterprises with revenue from 100 - 500 billion VND; 20 enterprises with revenue from 20 - 100 billion VND; hundreds of farms and ranches with revenue from 5 - 10 billion VND or more. In 2023, enterprises in the association will pay 230 billion VND to the state budget.

During the year, members supported and gave 1,600 gifts to policy families, worth 800 million VND; supported the repair of a house of gratitude for a poor member; and donated hundreds of millions of VND to local education promotion funds.

In 2023, 9 collectives and 32 individuals of the Provincial Veteran Entrepreneurs Association were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam Veteran Entrepreneurs and Enterprises Association.

In 2024, the Provincial Veteran Entrepreneurs Association will continue to promote production and business activities; launch the movement of "buying from each other, selling to each other" among members to help each other develop; ensure jobs and stable income for workers.
