The Ninh Giang District Veterans Association has provided housing support for 5 poor veterans.

On the afternoon of April 10, the Ninh Giang District Veterans Association presented money to support the repair of the "comradeship house" to two female members Nguyen Thi Hieu and Nguyen Thi Thoi (both in Ung Hoe commune).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hieu lives alone and is a poor household in the commune. Her house is seriously degraded. The total cost of house repair is 57 million VND.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thoi’s family is also in difficult circumstances and cannot afford to repair or upgrade their house. The total cost of repairing Mrs. Thoi’s house is 51 million VND.

Ninh Giang District Veterans Association supports each member with 30 million VND.

These are 2 of 5 houses that the District Veterans Association has supported in building and repairing since the beginning of the year.

This year, the Ninh Giang District Veterans Association strives to support the construction and repair of at least 10 houses for members in difficult circumstances. All funds are drawn from the "Savings Fund for Comrades' Houses" contributed and supported by officials and members in the district.
